ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS     

• General :
  Offers comprise living units with all including facilities. Number of beds is listed in the description/price list of the Apartman. The prices listed are per living unit per day and do not refer to the actual number of persons or children. The overrunning of the listed number of persons or beds is not allowed.
  The price includes: accommodation rental, bedclothes, kitchen or mini-kitchen equipped with the necessary dishes and cutlery, electricity, water, gas and final cleaning. Prices refer to a minimum stay of three (3) days.
  Guests can determine arrival and departure dates in the pre season according to their wishes while during the main season (July/August) previously determined guest shifts are on Saturday and Sunday.
  
• Payment terms:
  After the reception of your reservation (click for the reservation form) you will be sent your holiday cost accounting at the given address.
  After paying 20% of the listed amount, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation.
  The payment of the rest of the amount is upon the arrival.
  
• Cancellation costs:
  The preliminary calculation amount is withheld in case of the late cancellation of the reservation (30 days before the arrival).
  
• Apartman occupation:
  Apartman can be entered after 4 pm at the day of the arrival and must be left until 10 am at the day of the departure.
  Pets are not allowed in the Apartmans.
